AGENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Seeking a customer service focused candidate to support a variety of administrative functions within a real estate brokerage office.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Manage front office administrative functions as first point of contact to public including answering phones, greeting visitors, and receiving deliveries
  2. Support marketing efforts of the office and agents through the creation and dissemination of electronic and print marketing pieces
  3. Manage office social media sites, and assist agents with social media activity.
  4. Manage a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to, generating reports, meeting and event planning, creating correspondence and presentations, managing a multi-line phone system, scanning/copying/printing.

 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Publisher & Power Point)
  • Experience with graphics program preferred (ie: Canva or similar programs)
  • Creative writing and editing skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Proficient in using social media platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
