Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Branch Assistant handles the daily flow of work and administrative duties of the office.  Ensures the various needs of Branch Managers are supported, as well as those of the Sales Associates.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily administrative work flow of the office including all supplies, signs, vendors, agents “on duty”, phone lists, licensing coordination, MLS, and all supporting Long and Foster processes
  • Responsible for administratively processing, preparing and managing new Sales, Settlements and Listings for the Office
  • Responsible for the daily management of Long and Foster Office Vendors that support the Office
  • Responsible for reception/calls of clients, agents and guests of the office
  • Responsible for fully supporting the Office Manager in the daily tasks associated with Managing the Office
  • Responsible to coordinate administrative tasks of recruiting, onboarding and disaffiliating real estate agents, etc.
  • Responsible in coordinating Office calendars, supporting office sales meetings/events and charitable activities of the office
  • Responsible for supporting the agents in Print, social, digital, and organic Marketing

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Two years of general administrative/clerical experience working in a real estate sales environment is required
  • Must have strong computer skills. Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word products including MS Word, Excel, Publisher, toolkit, etc. 
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills
