Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Branch Assistant handles the daily flow of work and administrative duties of the office.  Ensures the various needs of Branch Managers are supported, as well as those of the Sales Associates.  

Branch Assistant

  • Responsible for the daily administrative work flow of the office including all supplies, signs, vendors, agents “on duty”, phone lists, licensing coordination, MLS, and all supporting Long and Foster processes.
  • Process, prepare and manage new Sales, Settlements and Listings for the Office.
  • Responsible for the daily management of Long and Foster Office Vendors that support the Haverford Office.
  • Responsible for reception/calls of clients, agents and guests of the office
  • Provide support to the Office Manager in the daily tasks associated with Managing the Office.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks of recruiting, onboarding and disaffiliating real estate agents, etc.
  • Coordinate office calendars, support office sales meetings/events and charitable activities of the office.
  • Responsible for supporting the agents in Print, social, digital, and organic Marketing.

Job Requirements

  1. Must have a CAN DO Attitude, high energy, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new opportunities and challenges for a growing and progressive Real Estate Office on the Main Line.
  2. Real Estate Sales Experience a PLUS or Real Estate Administrative Assistant experience a PLUS.
  3. Must be able to professionally communicate in all modalities and professional situations.
  4. Must be able to apply a mastery skill set in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and have a strong understanding of web based software applications and a general understanding of Social Marketing.
