Under direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Receptionist performs a variety of reception duties for the sales associates and employees at the Branch Office; assures the adequacy and accuracy of information provided, and professionally represents Long & Foster to the public.

Key Responsibilities include:

1) Administrative support activities such as filing, faxing, copying and phone coverage for multi-line phone system
2) Written and Verbal communication among a variety of customers internal and external to the company and or department
3) Creation of printed materials to include reports, memos, and presentations

4) Social media management

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Social media marketing experience is required
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
