Under direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Part Time Receptionist performs a variety of reception duties for the sales associates and employees at the Branch Office; assures the adequacy and accuracy of information provided, and professionally represents Long & Foster to the public.

Part Time Branch Receptionist

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative support activities such as filing, faxing, copying and phone coverage for multi-line phone system
  2. Written and Verbal communication among a variety of customers internal and external to the company and or department
  3. Creation of printed materials to include reports, memos, and presentations
  4. Assisting with the office online marketing

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Prior office experience preferred; Strong computer skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
