Under direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Receptionist performs a variety of reception duties for the sales associates and employees at the Branch Office; assures the adequacy and accuracy of information provided, and professionally represents Long & Foster to the public.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative support activities such as filing, faxing, copying and phone coverage for multi-line phone system
  2. Written and Verbal communication among a variety of customers internal and external to the company and or department
  3. Creation of printed materials to include reports, memos, and presentations
  4. Provide agent business support with listing/contract processing duties
  5. Coordinate mass mailings internally and with third party vendors

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Prior office experience preferred; Strong computer skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
