Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Vice President/Regional Manager, the Regional Administrator handles the daily flow of work and administrative duties of the office.  This person is responsible for ensuring that the various needs of Branch Managers, Branch Assistants, and Sales Associates are addressed.  The Regional Administrator will also be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed and confidentiality on all matters. Regular, predictable and dependable attendance is essential to satisfactory performance of this job.

Job Requirements

This position requires an Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience, plus a minimum of three years administrative experience, preferably in a real estate setting.  Must possess strong technical secretarial skills; the ability to organize and prioritize work; and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.  General knowledge of real estate practice and law and some knowledge of accounting preferred.  Must be experienced with Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook).
