Job Description

Under the general supervision of the LFIRE and FRES Compliance Manager, performs a variety of both complex and routine administrative duties for the real estate schools.  Provides functional guidance to Receptionist(s) and other support staff; assists Manager to ensure efficient operation of the Real Estate Schools’ practices and procedures. 

Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.  Five years of real estate experience with at least two years in an administrative capacity.  Eighteen months of this experience must be with Long & Foster and at least one year of the time with Long & Foster in an administrative capacity.  Excellent verbal communications skills and an ability to work independently.  Working knowledge of word processing and graphic presentation software required.
