Job Description

The Sales Manager works in conjunction with a Sales Associate to complete the sale of the units of one or more condominium projects. The selected candidate will schedule and conduct sales appointments, service our developer clients, update and maintain our sales management database, perform market research, assist in negotiating and ratifying contracts, and ensure successful closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales and settlement goals as defined by the Director of Sales, follow and track loans at assigned community(ies), assist purchasers from the point of sale through settlement
  • Implementation of Sales and Prospecting Plans: Responsible for implementing a sales plan for their assigned community(ies), updating and maintaining our sales management software, following up with prospective home buyers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis through email and phone
  • Community Management: Maintain the professional appeal of the sales office, model homes and model parks by working with construction staff, cleaners, and developers
  • Submit weekly sales reports and property condition reports
  • Prospect and network for new customer opportunities; establish and maintain relationships with realtor's offices and other vendors through referrals

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a licensed Real Estate agent in DC and VA
  • Must have a desire to work in new home sales with the ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Proven track record of successful sales and delivery of high quality customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
